2013 Georgie Finalist!

Alchemy Construction is once again pleased to be a finalist in the Georgie awards. Our Lonsdale Contemporary project is a finalist under the Best Townhouse Development category. The goal of this project was to provide affordable contemporary living on a reduced footprint. Careful placement of the buildings with a centrals shared courtyard added light and space to the duplex units. We are really excited to be recognized for this innovative build.
