We first used Alchemy to build our primary residence. After doing such a great job, we had them build our vacation property (which was a much more complex project as it is a boat access property). We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work they delivered on both properties.

Specifically, they showed their value in solving countless complex problems while delivering a high quality product and, importantly, keeping costs in check. They were able to achieve this by relying on strong relationships with their trades combined with strong teamwork between their project managers and designer (which is especially valuable given how much interaction there is during a project!)

We used a third party designer for the first project but having Carla (Alchemy’s in-house designer) design our cabin was far more seamless. She very quickly understood our style and picked so many amazing finishings for us. We can’t say enough good things about her!

At the end of the day, building a new home is a very challenging undertaking but working with the genuinely nice, fair and honest people at Alchemy made all the difference for our projects.
