Building Science for New Homes

The Project Management team recently completed the ‘Building Science for New Homes’ course offered by the Canadian Home Builders Association. Recognizing the upcoming British Columbia Building code changes coming into effect December 19th, 2014 CHBA decided to offer a course covering the upcoming changes. This was an excellent opportunity to learn in advance about the numerous changes coming into effect and the opportunity to refresh on air barrier, vapour barriers, and ventilation requirements. The course was well presented and the team enjoyed two solid days of learning.
